
PC (Personal Computer)
A PC is a desktop computer. In its basic form, its hardware is comprised of a central processing
unit (CPU) and memory, input/output (I/O) devices such as monitor and keyboard, and storage devices such as
disk drives. Operating System software is required to control PC hardware, and other
software is used to run business and personal applications such as spreadsheets, word processors and
databases.
